Customer: Any natural or legal person who uses the company's services.

Services: All consulting, implementation, support and training services provided by the company.

Contract: An agreement concluded between the company and the customer to provide services.

Article 2: Subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is to provide consulting, implementation, support and training services for management and CRM software to the customer.

Article 3: Company Obligations

Providing quality services: The company is committed to providing the highest quality services in accordance with industry standards.

Technical Support: The company is committed to providing technical support during specific business hours.
Confidentiality of Information: The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer information.
Software Updates: The Company is committed to providing software updates to the Customer.
Article 4: Customer Obligations

Payment of Fees: The Customer is committed to paying the service fees in accordance with the contract.
Providing Correct Information: The Customer is committed to providing correct and complete information to the Company.
Authorized Use of Software: The Customer is committed to using the Software solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Article 5: Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the Software and its contents belong to the Company.

Article 6: Responsibilities

Company Responsibility: The Company is responsible for providing quality services in accordance with the contract.
Customer Responsibility: The Customer is responsible for using the Software correctly and maintaining the security of their data.
Article 7: Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties will first try to resolve it amicably. In the event of failure, disputes will be resolved through the competent Iranian judicial authorities.

Article 8: Changes to the Contract

Any changes to the contract must be made in writing and with the agreement of the parties.

Article 9: Force Majeure

In the event of events such as war, natural disasters, etc. that are beyond the control of the parties, neither party will be responsible for breaching its obligations.

Article 10: Governing Law

This contract will be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
